Do I need to install anything?

No. We plug into the tools you already use with read-only access. About 90 minutes total across all platforms.

What if I'm not on Shopify?

Tier 1 supports Shopify, WooCommerce, Square, and direct CSV imports. Tier 2 dashboards currently support Shopify and WooCommerce. If you're on something else, ask.

How is this different from hiring an agency?

First report lands within 14 days of setup. Most clients identify their first concrete move from the first report. Compounding gains - repeat purchase rate lifts, ROAS improvements, margin recovery - typically show in months 2–4.

Are you AI-generating these reports?

No. The structure is fixed and disciplined; the analysis and recommendations are written by Vaughn after looking at your data directly. AI is used for proofreading and chart formatting, never for the decisions.

Will you work with my accountant or marketing agency?

Yes. The report is built for the owner, but we'll loop your accountant or agency into delivery if useful - they often act on the recommendations.
